5. Payment Terms

- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone-based billing

6. Revisions & Modifications

7. Limitation of Liability

- Results of marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on various market factors
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination:
- The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
- Any advance payments for uncompleted work may be partially refunded at Growthiva's discretion
- All client materials will be returned upon request
